One of my favorite Catholic speakers, a Franciscan priest, once said, "Be kind, be kind, be kind...and you'll be a Saint." I will always remember Ted as a gentle, kind and loving man. He loved our Lord and that love manifested itself in all of the ways that he served the local community and the veterans organizations that he cared about so much. You will be missed, Ted. Your acts of kindness were a light to those around you. I rejoice in the gift from God that your life was to the world. Rest in peace.
