Bloomingburg, NY

Tom, a resident of Bloomingburg, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 2, 2024. He was 65. The son of William T Kirby Sr. and Doris (Jarrett) Adams, Tom was born on March 1, 1959 in Charleston, West Virginia.
