Jon was a friend and a mentor. During my job interview with Jon in February 1990, imagine my first impression of this larger than life person who was quizzing me on the intricacies of dioxin formation. In spite of my answer, Jon hired me and I had an opportunity to learn from the best. Blessings to Jon and his family.
